Long Jing

One of China’s most famous green teas, also known as Dragon Well, crafted from the tender buds of Long Jing grown in the misty mountains of Zhejiang. Its flat emerald leaves brew a bright golden-green liquor with a refreshing chestnut aroma, mellow sweetness, and a clean, lingering finish. Smooth and uplifting when steeped warm, and crisp, cooling, and revitalising as a cold brew.

Brewing Instruction

Hot Brew: Steep 2–3 mins in 250 ml water at 85°C

Cold Brew: Infuse 300 ml cold water, refrigerate 4–6 hours

Iced Tea: Steep 3-4 mins in 150ml water at 85°C, then add 100g ice
