Feng Huang Dan Cong

Handcrafted in the Phoenix Mountain from Chaozhou region of Guangdong, this oolong is famed for its remarkable fragrance and complexity. Each “single bush” (Dan Cong) carries its own unique floral and fruity notes, from honeyed orchid to ripe stone fruit, layered over a rich, lingering body. Elegant, aromatic, and endlessly nuanced — warming and full when steeped hot, yet bright and refreshing as a cold brew.

Brewing Instruction

Hot Brew: Steep 3–5 mins in 250 ml water above 95°C

Cold Brew: Infuse 300 ml cold water, refrigerate 6–8 hours

Iced Tea: Steep 5-6 mins in 150ml water above 95°C, then add 100g ice
