Roasted Oolong

From the mountains of Fujian, this oolong is crafted using the traditional charcoal-roasting method, a time-honoured art that imparts its signature fire-kissed aroma and bold, layered taste. The roasting deepens the tea’s character, giving it warmth, richness, and a lingering finish. Comforting and robust when steeped hot, yet smooth and gently smoky as a cold brew.

Brewing Instruction

Hot Brew: Steep 3–5 mins in 250 ml water above 95°C

Cold Brew: Infuse 300 ml cold water, refrigerate 6–8 hours

Iced Tea: Steep 5-6 mins in 150ml water above 95°C, then add 100g ice
