A prestigious black tea crafted with golden buds from the Wuyi Mountains. Known for its honeyed sweetness, bright amber liquor, and subtle notes of fruit and caramel. Jin Jun Mei is one of China’s most prized black teas. It is celebrated for its golden tips and layered flavour. The infusion is smooth and refined, with notes of honeyed malt, cocoa, and a lingering natural sweetness. Elegant and warming when steeped hot, and mellow yet refreshing as a cold brew.

Brewing Instruction

Hot Brew: Steep 3–5 mins in 250 ml water above 90°C

Cold Brew: Infuse 300 ml cold water, refrigerate 6–8 hours

Iced Tea: Steep 5-6 mins in 150ml water above 90°C, then add 100g ice
