Lapsang Souchong

The world’s first black tea originating in Fujian, famous for its distinctive smoky character. Traditionally smoked over pinewood, it reveals layers of roasted pine, dried fruit, and a lingering sweetness beneath the bold smokiness. Robust and warming when steeped hot, yet smooth and gently smoky as a cold brew.

Brewing Instruction

Hot Brew: Steep 4–5 mins in 250 ml water above 95°C

Cold Brew: Infuse 300 ml cold water, refrigerate 6–8 hours

Iced Tea: Steep 5-6 mins in 150ml water above 95°C, then add 100g ice
