Brewing Instruction

Hot Brew: Steep 4–5 mins in 250 ml water at 95°C

Cold Brew: Infuse 300 ml cold water, refrigerate 6–8 hours

Iced Tea: Steep 5-6 mins in 150ml water at 95°C, then add 100g ice
