Grown in the misty mountains of Fujian’s Ningde region, a soothing and aromatic blend that pairs delicate aged white tea with sun-dried tangerine peel. This tea offers a gentle sweetness with soft floral notes, lifted by the refreshing citrus brightness of tangerine peel. Calming and fragrant when steeped hot, and delicately refreshing with a crisp citrus finish as a cold brew.

Brewing Instruction

Hot Brew: Steep 4–6 mins in 250 ml water above 90°C

Cold Brew: Infuse 300 ml cold water, refrigerate 6–8 hours

Iced Tea: Steep 5-6 mins in 150ml water above 90°C, then add 100g ice
